Improved Estimators of Population Mean for Missing data in Stratified Random Sampling

Ajeet Kumar Singh

In this paper, we proposed some imputation methods to estimate the population mean in presence of missing data in stratified random sampling. The bias, MSE and PRE (percent relative efficiencies) are derived in the form of population parameters using the concept of large sample approximation up to first order. The empirical study is carried out over two real populations.

Missing data, Imputation method, Bias, MSE and percent relative efficiency (PRE).
