Improved Generalized Interval Arithmetic

Hassan El-Owny, A.E.A. Elaraby

Abstract

Generalized interval arithmetic is verifying computational method,. The most important purpose of this method is to reduce the effect of the dependency problem when computing with standard interval arithmetic. In this paper we present a new extension form satisfying the requirements of verification also we introduce algorithms for a C-XSC
implementation for our new Extension .On some numerical examples we show that our new extension often yield more efficient results comparing with generalized interval arithmetic
