Dynamical behavior of prey - predator system having Beddington - DeAngelis functional response with impulsive control

Manju Agarwa, Preeti

Abstract

In this paper, we study the dynamics of Lotka - Volterra prey - predator model having Beddington - DeAnglis functional response under impulsive control. The state feedback control
strategy is used for controlling the pest. Certain conditions are obtained for existence and stability of semi - trivial periodic solution and positive periodic solution by using Poincaré map. The verification of system is done by numerical simulation.

Keywords

prey - predator, periodic solutions, Poincaré map, stability, impulsive control.
