Mathematical Modeling of Functional Systems of a Human Organism in Extreme Ecological Conditions

Galyna Onopchuk

Abstract

In this paper, one approach to study the changes in the human organism in the disturbed environment is described. The mathematical model of the respiratory system of the human body is developed and the computer system that implements this model is described. The methods of systems analysis, mathematical modeling, medical science, biology, physiology, ecology and information sciences are successfully integrated. Optimal control theory is used to implement the mechanisms of self-organization in the model and numerical methods are used to find its solution
