Fan Houming, Zhang Xiaonan, Gao Pingquan, Li Yang

Abstract

The discarded household appliances are growing rapidly in China, so it is extremely urgent to collect and dispose them centralized, which can not only prevent the environment from being damaged by private workshops but also improve recycling economy development. In this paper, firstly, a prediction model of generated amount of regional discarded household appliance is established; then, based on Systems Analysis, an optimized model to determine the number of collecting centers of the recycling network and the layout of spatial location is built; finally, an empirical study of the model is completed, which proves the validity of two models above. The results of this research can provide theoretical references for studies about reverse logistics and provide decision basis for government departments and Recycling companies.
