Task Granularity Analysis for Task Decomposition in Collaborative Customized Product Development

Abstract



According to the lack of task granularity analysis for task decomposition in collaborative customized product development at present, research work in this paper is conducted. The definitions and calculation formulas of task granularity, cohesion coefficient of task correlation and Cohesion coefficient of task reuse are given. The feasibility of task decomposition methods is tested by an example of 5MW wind turbine product development project.
