The Prediction Model of Dynamical Interaction Between Bone Cells and Corresponding Decomposition and Formation Activities

S. Suksai, R. Ngamsuntikul

Abstract

The purpose of our work, to predict the effect on bone which simulating activities and interaction between cells. The basic associations are defined by mathematical relationship of predator-prey. Even though, gaps between periods of situations are longer than usual. Model application, the parameters were established for normal remodeling and repeat the dynamic interaction observed between osteoblasts and osteoblasts. This suggests the requirement to develop a quantitative model of the bone remodeling process, and checked for accuracy by the comparison between theoretical predictions and experimental observations. The simulation test model was used to determine if the model meets expectations or not, and the accuracy is acceptable.

Keywords
