Abstract

In this paper, we have introduced smart and secure interconnection of hospitals for maintaining and managing patient’s medical data by using Internet of Things. Nowadays, there is no interconnection between the hospitals. Therefore, it is very tedious to maintain and manage all the patient data. To overcome this issue medical database of every patient is created in the hospitals by creating a webpage using php; it is managed by Microsoft SQL and Relative Database Management System (RDMS). To access the medical details of a patient in any hospital, it is necessary to interconnect the hospitals. Especially interconnecting government hospitals is very important. It can be accomplished by using the aadhaar card which is published by the government of India. So the database of the aadhaar card can be extended for the medical privileges of the citizens ofIndia. This will help the doctors know about the previous health records of the patients and to determine the type of treatment which is to be given to the patient. The most important view of this project is to know about the people who are admitted in case of accidents so that, by using the fingerprints of the person it is very easy to retrieve the data from the database and as much as they can easily retrieve their personal  information. This personal information is safely kept by adding a digital signature to the document by the doctor. In case if the document is opened without the knowledge of the patient then the digital signature gets deleted automatically. Indeed, even though if the doctor opens the document, then the digital signature gets deleted and doctor adds a new one after entering the details of treatment.
