Factorization R^JR of a skew-Hamiltonian matrix using its Hamiltonian square root

We present in this paper a process for computing the R^JR factorization for a skew-Hamiltonian matrix M. Where R is a permuted triangular matrix. Factorizations of this type are useful for solving skew-Hamiltonian=Hamiltonian matrix pencils.
