Suddhendu Biswas, Gurprit Grover, H. D. Arora

The present study is an attempt to construct a double decrement life table with decremental forces viz. mortality and conversion to AIDS. The incubation period distribution of AIDS has been obtained of the date of sero-positive given the level of CD-4 cells at the time of first detection. This paper also focuses on the proportion of HIV not going to AIDS in the interpolatory period of time has been worked out using Martingale stopping rule.
