A Sudden Public Health Incident Emergency Decision-making Method under Fuzzy Language Environment

Abstract


Under emergency environment, the information has uncertainty and fuzziness. Using a single method to make an effective decision is very difficult. Integrating fuzzy language, trapezoidal fuzzy number, grey correlation degree and multi-objective decision, an improved fuzzy multi-objective emergency decision-making method is proposed. This method uses grey correlation degree and Euclidean distance to calculate the relationship between the positive and negative ideal and uses trapezoidal fuzzy numbers to deal the fuzziness and uncertainty of the decision-making information. The method emphasizes the association between the impacts of the various decision-making methods. Finally, a sample of sudden public health emergencies decision instance of the college verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the new method.
