Correlation Analyses of Process Quality Characteristics Based on Time-series Cross-section Approach

Libo Sun, Shunsheng Guo, Xiaorong Huang, Baigang Du

Abstract

Due to the uncertainty of the manufacturing environment, there are deviation transfer and accumulation of quality characteristics on the multistage manufacturing process. The quality characteristics of the upper process usually affect the quality characteristics in the next process or subsequent process. This study establishes a time-series cross-section mode by analyzing the features and transfer law of process quality characteristics, as well as the influence factors. In the time-series cross-section mode, the quality characteristics elements are taken as the analysis indicators, and no matter how many physical time intervals does the two production interval contain, the production interval is taken as a logical time interval according to the order of the production activities. This approach was applied in a cement equipment manufacturing enterprise.

Keywords
