Zhou Li, Zhang Ning, Chen Qing-yi

Abstract

As the development of information technology, using E-learning system is necessary for the course study in school and other work place, and network learning will provide abundant resource with a low cost. In this paper, we build a value evaluation system and use principal component model to find out the factors which can effectively improve the quality of E-learning system. From the empirical analysis, we conclude four indicators which affect the E-learning system most significant, such as: organizational structure, the quality of content, technical method and educational function. The result shows that in order to increase the value and utilization of the E-learning system, it is necessary to cover the wide range of disciplines, covering the professional quality of core courses, and improve the quality management of online learning resources.
