Analytical Framework of Supply Chain Quality Risk Based on the Algorithm of Rough Sets

Yubing Yu, Wei Xiong, Yanhong Cao

Abstract

With the continuous expansion of supply chain scale, the structure of supply chain is becoming more complex and its uncertainty grows with each passing day, the problem of supply chain vulnerability becomes increasingly apparent, and supply chain risk especially the quality risk has become the focus of both practitioners and researchers. According to the existing research, the author constructs the analytical framework of supply chain quality risk assessment. Firstly, based on the construction of the indicator system of supply chain quality risk, does reduction by using rough sets theory in order to eliminate the redundant factors and obtain the core factors of supply chain quality risk. And then, by determining the weight of reduction sets’ factors, estimate the degree of supply chain quality risk and provide basis for decision making in supply chain quality risk management.
