A Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Channel Selection in Telecom Industry

Abstract


Game theory is the mathematical analysis of strategic interaction. in this paper, the channel selection is studied in terms of mode selection and member selection. The marketing channel modes are discussed through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The selection results of marketing channel modes are calculated on the basis of two overall performance evaluation conclusions by using the game theory. Meanwhile, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to pick the channel members, who are chosen by comparing the corrected matching scores between mutually cooperative telecom product set and individual distributors channel in accordance with the performance evaluation result of social distributors.
