A New Fuzzy Linear Programming Model and Its Solving Method

Abstract


To consummate and generalize theory of fuzzy linear programming with fuzzy objective function coefficients, a more universal fuzzy linear programming with fuzzy objective function coefficients- fuzzy linear programming with fuzzy objective function coefficients value range boundaries is studied. Aiming at deal with the fuzzy characters of the objective function coefficients value range boundaries, the description method of this kind of objective function is proposed and the solving approach is presented. An example with triangular fuzzy membership function is taken as a computing case. The results show that the fuzzy linear programming with fuzzy objective function coefficients value range boundaries is a more universal fuzzy linear programming and there is the general solving method. And it is more valuable for solving the actual engineering problems.
