Career Decision-making of Engineering Talented Person based on FEAHP Method

Abstract



In the wake of the fast-growing pace of the economy and society, the engineering talented person employment issue arouses the great concern and attention at present of China. In order to obtain satisfying jobs, a person ought to pay much attention on making career-decisions. Although enjoying many privileges stemming from the government and society, a portion of engineering talented graduates neither make reasonable career-decisions nor make full use of talents in the current job positions. Reasons leading to the phenomena mentioned above can be boiled down to three factors: lacking of social experience, neglecting self-value orientation and failing to integrate their interest into the jobs. Therefore, the research on career decision-making of engineering talented person is of practical significance and theoretical value. In this paper, a post-evaluation integrating evaluation system contained internal and external factors are also carried out. Finally, a case study with FEAHP method is put forward, of which results prove that the applied method has the features of feasibility and practicality.
