A Class of Exponential Dual to Ratio cum Dual to Product Estimator for Finite Population Mean in Presence of Non-Response

Abstract


In this paper, an efficient class of exponential dual to ratio cum dual to product estimator for estimating the finite population mean of study variate has been proposed using information on auxiliary variable in presence of non-response. The expressions for bias and mean squared error of the proposed estimator have been obtained and their properties have been studied. The theoretical comparison of the estimator has been made with other existing estimators and an empirical study has also been carried out to support the theoretical results.
