The Use of Information Technology in The Regional Management System of Samtskhe-Javakheti in Georgia

Abstract




The aim of the article is to develop measures for the effectiveness of the regional board, based on the use of information technologies. The goals set in the work are completely displayed. The conclusions presented are a recommendatory character that can be fulfilled.
The theoretical and practical bases of the research topic are analyzed in modern economic development, they are particularly important, since they make it possible to manage the state not by administrative methods, but socially oriented, they are also called to reflect the balance of interests existing in society. The modern state actively disseminates the use of new technologies, which allows to bring the state apparatus closer to the interests of specific people.
The purpose of this study is to develop the effectiveness of the regional management system based on the use of information technologies.
Also in this work is analyzed information support for regional units. The paper presents the general characteristics of the regional formations. The article analyzes the use of modern information technologies in cities and studies trends in development.
