Manpower Levels for Business with Various Recruitment Rates through Stochastic Models

Abstract



The present study aim is to find the steady rate of crisis and steady state of probabilities under varying conditions which are manpower, under irregular conditions of full availability and nil availability in the case of business, manpower and recruitment. The different state has been discussed under the various assumptions that the transition from one state to another with different parameters.
