Image Denoising by BM2D Using Affine Transformation
In this paper BM2D (Block Matching and 2Dimensional) Filtering method is proposed to denoise the image. In this method different filtering such as Wiener filter, Median filter, Mean filter (Averaging filter) and Unsharp contrast enhancement filter is used for recovering the original image from the noisy image. Performance of different filtering methods are compared by calculating PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) and Mean Square Error(MSE).
