Experience of Law Students and Teachers @Anti-Plagiarism Tool

In the era of information communication technology, huge resources are available on electronic formats. They may be accessed via the internet or other networks. The reach of electronic resources is too excessive and their access is magnificently user-friendly. Such availability and access have transformed the research and study environment. Electronic resources are attracting academic fraternity tremendously. It gives a chance of duplication in resource generation or misuse of contents of others i.e. there is always a chance of plagiarism. National Law Universities are one of the premier institutions of the Country. They have state of the art infrastructure and library. They are using several ant-plagiarism tools to improve its academic activity. Almost every student of B.A. LL.B., LL.M., Research Scholars and Faculty Members are using electronic resources at large for preparing their projects, dissertations, thesis and also writing articles for various journals. Such massive use of electronic resources gives an idea to know awareness of some aspects related to citing reference and plagiarism among law students and teachers. It has been made an effort through a survey to know the acceptability of plagiarism detection tools and other related issues. The survey will help the law university and other legal institutions to take such positive initiatives in the development of research activities.
